Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all services provided by Clear Point Cleaning Services unless a signed contract states otherwise.
Quotes and scope
Quotes are based on the information supplied and, where applicable, a site inspection. Work outside the written scope may attract additional charges, which will be confirmed with you before proceeding. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Bookings and access
You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property, including keys, access codes, parking and utilities. Where access cannot be obtained, a call-out fee may apply.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a fee to cover allocated labour.
Payment
Invoices are issued on completion for one-off work and on agreed cycles for ongoing contracts. Payment terms are stated on the invoice. Overdue accounts may incur reasonable recovery costs.
Service guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any part of a completed service, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to rectify the issue at no additional charge.
Insurance and liability
We hold public liability and workers compensation insurance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Property and items
Please secure valuables and advise us of fragile or high-value items before service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or items not disclosed prior to attendance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
